I started baking some cookies from the recipe book that I got as my birthday present. One thing I found funny is that in this recipe book, the proportion is very small compared to recipe for Hari Raya cookies. With one batch for Xmas cookie recipe I could get about 20 something pieces, but with Hari Raya cookie recipe, I could get like 50 something pieces! yes.. with same size. I don't know what's the purpose of people making Xmas cookies, but for Hari Raya, the cookies are for supply of one month where people eat when they visit your house. Hence the big amount of cookies needed.
I will bring some cookies to the office tomorrow.

Palmette cannelle et confiture
I used raspberry jam for the filling.
From top: Sablés au chocolat et cannelle, Spritzbredele, Bretzels sucrés à l'anis (this last one should be in Bretzel shape, but since I don't have that shape cutter, I just used star shape cutter)
