Ha, this is a funny looking potato! I guess you could say that if you love potatoes then this one loves you back...Oh, I love raclette as well, but even in summer. And to make it less fatty I usually only use a tiny bit of raclette cheese to give it flavour and more low fat cheeses that melt well. And of course have plenty of vegetables grilling on the top and perhaps a few fruits and so.Yumm, I guess I'll have raclette this weekend! Oh, there is this great raclette cookbook from Raclette Australia that I found with many great ideas and I'll try some on Saturday.
