Protein Pancake with Curry Mince Meat

No oil. No butter. No flour. No sugar.

Protein Pancake
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 petit suisse 0% (like cottage cheese)
2 tbsp Maizena
1 tsp dry yeast

Method:
Pre-heat oven 200C
Mix all ingredients. Bake for abt 15-20mins.

Curry mince meat
Ingredients:
Mince meat
Paprika
Curry
Salt
Pepper
Bit of chives

Method:
Mix all ingredients
In a pan, fry the meat till cooked

Tandoori Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
Chicken wings
1 pot of yoghurt 0%
Tandoori Mix spices
Salt and pepper

Methods:
- Mix all ingredients and leave for several minutes to 1 hr
- Bake in oven

Home-made pumpkin soup

I like pumpkin, but the problem is that it is so difficult to cut. Anyway, I feel like something comforting today for dinner. So I opt of pumpkin soup.

Ingredients:
700g Pumpkin - then cleaned and diced
1/2 liter skimmed milk
salt and pepper to taste
Onions

Methods:
In a casserole, put a bit of water and fry the chopped onions. Then, add in the pumpkin with a bit of water. Stir so that the pumpkin does not stick to the casserole. When it becomes a bit thick, add a bit more water.
Put off the fire when the pumpkin is cooked.

In another casserole, heat the milk.

In a mixer, mix the pumpkin and put bit by bit the warm milk.
Salt and pepper to taste. And it's ready!!!!

Note: with this you can add also carrots and fennel bulb

Clafoutis a la rhubarbe

Ingredients:
300g rhubarbe
4 eggs - 4 oeufs
20cl liquid cream 3% - 20cl creme liquid 3%
20cl skimmed milk - lait ecreme
20g Maizena
3 tablespoon sweetener - 3 cuillere a soupe edulcorant
vanilla

Methods:

- Prepare the rhubarbe, cut into dices and put in boiled water for 2 minutes

- Strain the rhubarbe and add some sweetener.
- Pre-heat oven 180C
- Mix eggs, milk, cream, Maizena, vanilla and sweetener
- Put rhubarbe in the non-stick mould
- Add the liquid preparation
- Bake in the oven 180C for about 1 hour.

Serve with sweetener.

Financiers - featuring Chef Sylvain :)

Préparation : 10 min
Cuisson : 20 min

Ingrédients (pour 6 pièces) :
- 50 g de poudre d'amandes
- 50 g de farine fluide
- 100 g de sucre
- 75 g de beurre
- 4 blancs d'œufs
- 1/2 cuillère à café d’extrait de vanille

- Préchauffe le four à 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
- Beurre le moule à financiers (ou moule à madeleines, si tu n'as pas de moule à financiers).
- Mélange dans un récipient la poudre d'amandes, le sucre, la farine fluide et la vanille.
- Ajoute les blancs d'oeufs à la préparation
- Fais fondre le beurre dans une casserole et ajoute-le à la pâte.
- Verse dans le moule et mets au four 10 mins - 200C, 10 min - 180C.
